About Us
Blufish began in the fall of 2009 with our first location in Glenview, IL. Our company quickly became a community favorite and expanded to our second location in downtown Park Ridge in the fall of 2011. From the beginning, we’ve been intensely dedicated to offering quality food and exceptional service. We take pride in the role we have in our community, bringing Japanese cuisine to the suburbs of Chicago. Our third and most recent location opened in December 2015 in Vernon Hills.
Recently, Executive Chef Cho joined our team to lead our catering division so that we could bring the same quality food and exceptional service to our catering business. We are excited to present our service to you and we hope you will give us a chance to earn your business.
